End sleepless nights. Elevate workdays.
Transform your business with baby and infant sleep coaching for employees.
Why invest in sleep coaching?
Not just compassionate - strategic
Boost productivity
Sleep-deprived employees cost the UK economy £40 billion in lost productivity – the number is rising
Reduce absenteeism
On average new parents lose up to 2 months of sleep in the first year alone. Poor sleep drives stress, burnout and time off.
Spark innovation
Sleep fuels focus, creativity, memory consolidation and problem-solving - core drivers of innovative thinking.
Build trust in leadership
People who feel cared for are more loyal, more engaged and more likely to back their leaders.
Reduce accidents
1 in 5 workplace accidents are linked to fatigue. Well-rested people are safer, healthier and more alert.
Improve retention
61% of workers say wellbeing benefits are a key reason they stay. Sleep support isn’t a perk - it’s the foundation of all wellbeing.
Meet the sleep coach
Hi, I’m Lauren Dean, founder of Secrets of Slumber, qualified baby and infant sleep coach and former Employee Engagement Lead within financial services.
After returning to work following the birth of my first daughter, I quickly discovered just how hard it is to perform - at home and in the office - on broken sleep. When I had my second child, I invested in professional sleep support and everything changed. That’s when the penny dropped.
Sleep isn’t a luxury. It’s a biological necessity. It affects everything - from focus and wellbeing, to performance and mental health.
With my HR background and expert sleep coaching knowledge, I now partner with employers to support their people - and their families - to get the rest they need to thrive at home and at work.
Because when families sleep better, workplaces perform better too.

The Sleep Coaching webinar was a great success with our employees - we had so much demand we ran three sessions. Lauren’s practical advice gave parents tools they could use right away, while the live Q&A offered personalised guidance and reminded parents they aren’t alone in the sleepless night journey. It’s a meaningful and effective way to support and connect working parent.
